What we supply to US importers
Antep Foods is a chocolate and confectionery manufacturer in the Başpınar Organised Industrial Zone in Gaziantep, Türkiye, and we have been exporting since 2002. Our baklava wholesale program for the United States covers baklava made in our own production in Gaziantep. US importers get a manufacturer to deal with directly, not a trading intermediary.
The range has three lines: pistachio square baklava, carrot-slice baklava (havuç dilimi) and dry (kuru) baklava. All are cut and ready for the counter, packed in 3 kg trays, with 176 trays per pallet. You can ship them dry at ambient temperature or shock-frozen when you need longer shelf life.
We sell to businesses only. There is no retail sale and no price list on the site. Tell us which lines, how many pallets and which format you want, and we send a written offer in US dollars within two working days. Samples come from running production, and private label is available from 1,000 kg per line.

- One full 20 ft or 40 ft container. Lines can be mixed in the same container. Trays are 3 kg, 176 trays per pallet.
- Formats
- Pistachio square baklava, carrot-slice (havuç dilimi) baklava and dry (kuru) baklava, cut and ready for the counter, in 3 kg trays. Shipped dry (ambient) or shock-frozen.
- Shelf life
- Depends on how you ship: dry at ambient temperature, or shock-frozen for longer shelf life. We confirm the shelf life for your chosen format in the written offer.
- Lead time
- Produced to order, with no stock held. About 4 to 8 weeks after order and label approval.
- Documents
- US label text is in English. FDA Prior Notice and FSVP are handled with the importer, and we supply the documents you need.
- Terms
- FOB Mersin, or CIF to a US port on request. Prices in US dollars in a written offer within two working days. Payment by bank transfer: 50% with the order, 50% before shipment. Samples from running production: the buyer pays the courier, and the cost is deducted from the first order.

- Choose dry (ambient) shipping for faster turnover or shock-frozen for longer shelf life. Because production is to order, you can time arrivals ahead of holiday and gifting periods.
- Logistics
- Containers ship FOB Mersin, with CIF to a US port on request. A mixed 20 or 40 ft container is loaded on pallets of 176 trays, and a frozen shipment needs a cold chain on your side after arrival.

What is the minimum order for baklava?
The unit of sale is one full 20 ft or 40 ft container. You can mix the three baklava lines in the same container. For private label, the minimum is 1,000 kg per line.
Is the baklava shipped frozen or dry?
Both options are available. Baklava can ship dry at ambient temperature or shock-frozen for longer shelf life. Tell us which you prefer and we confirm the shelf life for that format in the written offer.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples come from running production. You pay the courier cost, and that amount is deducted from your first order.
Who handles FDA Prior Notice and FSVP?
We handle them with you as the importer., and we supply the documents needed for FDA Prior Notice and your FSVP. US label text is in English.
What are the payment terms and lead time?
Payment is by bank transfer: 50% with the order and 50% before shipment. Baklava is produced to order, so lead time is about 4 to 8 weeks after order and label approval. Prices are in US dollars in a written offer within two working days.
