Antep Foods is a Turkish chocolate manufacturer. We are a chocolate and confectionery manufacturer, not a trading company: the products we sell are made in our own factory in the Başpınar Organised Industrial Zone in Gaziantep, in south-eastern Türkiye.
We have exported since 2002. Our export markets are Europe, the USA, the Middle East and others. Gaziantep is also where pistachio grows, and we source Gaziantep pistachio locally for the lines that use it.
We sell wholesale only. We do not sell retail, and there are no prices on this website. Prices are given in a written offer. The factory and the region: Gaziantep.
Chocolate, confectionery, spreads and sweets from one factory
Our range starts with chocolate tablets from 60 to 200 g and filled bars with pistachio, hazelnut, cotton candy, marshmallow, ube or chips. We also make Dubai-style pistachio-kadayif bars, chocolate figures and cups, chocolate dragées and chocolate-covered nuts.
Beyond chocolate we produce freeze-dried strawberry dragées, popping candy, pistachio and hazelnut-cocoa spreads in jars, Turkish delight (lokum) including a special lokum with whole pistachio, and mini filled biscuits.
We also supply baklava from our own production in Gaziantep. Lines can be mixed within one container, so a buyer can combine chocolate, spreads and lokum in a single shipment.
What leaves the factory.
How production and quality work
Everything is produced to order. We do not keep finished stock. Lead time is about 4 to 8 weeks after the order and the label are approved, and we confirm the schedule when we accept the order.
The factory is FDA-registered and holds FSSC 22000 and Halal certificates; copies are available on request. We do not hold kosher certification. If a project needs it, kosher certification can be arranged on a project basis only. For baklava we do not claim any certificates.
Shelf life is 12 months for our chocolate and confectionery lines. Analysis reports can be provided on request, and we can send samples taken from running production so you can check the product you would actually receive. How a list becomes one shipment: mixed container.
Private label and minimum quantities
As a Turkish chocolate manufacturer working with private-label brands, we produce under the buyer's own brand and artwork. The minimum is 1,000 kg per line, so a new brand can start with several lines in a mixed container instead of one large run.
Label text is agreed before production starts, and the lead time begins once the label is approved. For the US, label text is in English. FDA Prior Notice and FSVP are handled together with the importer, and we supply the documents needed for both. Details for brands: private label.
How to order and our terms
Send us the lines, approximate quantities and destination. We reply with a written offer in US dollars within two working days. The unit of sale is one full 20 ft or 40 ft container, and lines can be mixed.
Terms are FOB Mersin. CIF to a US port is available on request. Payment is by bank transfer: 50% with the order and 50% before shipment.
Samples come from running production. The buyer pays the courier, and the cost is deducted from the first order. Country terms, for example the United States or the other markets.
