Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Korean brands
Tablets and bars, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, pistachio lokum and pistachio spread made in Gaziantep under your own name — with the label content prepared in Korean from the producer's technical data sheet, and the producing facility registered with MFDS before the import declaration is filed.
Home / Private label / South Korea

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Korea has a large domestic confectionery industry, and for a plain tablet or a standard gummy under your own label a local producer is usually the shorter route.
We are the other route, and in this market it is specific: pistachio-led lines. Whole-pistachio and double-roasted lokum, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds sorted by colour and calibre, bars built on pistachio and kadayıf, and pistachio spread. Turkish sugar confectionery is already the third largest source in Korea, so the route itself is proven — what is still open is the pistachio and chocolate end of it.
The order of work matters here more than in most markets. MFDS registration of the producing facility has to be completed before the import declaration, and the per-product file — recipe, additives and quantities, allergens, nutrition, shelf life, origin — is assembled before artwork goes to print. The minimum is counted per line rather than per container.
Your label goes on lines produced by the manufacturers in Gaziantep we work with.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm with the producer what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
MFDS registration and the product file
The producing facility is registered with MFDS before the import declaration, and the per-product file is assembled: name and HS code, full recipe, additives and quantities, allergens, nutrition, packaging and net weight, producer details, shelf life and storage, origin.
- 03
Label content
We prepare the content in Korean from the producer's technical data sheet and the Korean labelling rules — product classification, ingredient declaration, allergens and nutrition. Your side signs it off before print.
- 04
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit, from that approval and from the MFDS registration — not from the order date.
- 05
Production and shipment
The run is made at the producer in Gaziantep to the approved specification. Case counts, pallet configuration and the shipping documents are confirmed before loading.
What to know before the first list.
- MFDS comes first
- The overseas manufacturing site has to be registered with Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety before the import declaration is filed, and a first-time product can be pulled for fuller examination. This is the single item that most often decides the timetable of a first private label run, so it is started at the same time as the artwork, not after it.
- Two lines, one HS code, different rules
- Products sharing an HS code can fall into different Korean food categories with different requirements. The recipe and the additives decide it. Each line is checked on its own before the offer is firmed, and the final compliance call is made product by product on the Korean side.
- The label is yours, the data is ours
- We supply the producer's technical data sheet per line — ingredients, allergens, nutrition figures, net weight, storage, shelf life and origin. The Korean artwork is prepared from that, and it is your team or your labelling adviser that signs it off.
- Minimums are per line
- The minimum is counted per line and per pack format, not per container. A mixed container lets several lines run together, which is the usual shape of a first private label order.
- What we do not do
- We do not assemble finished gift sets, tulle or ribbon work on our side, and we do not quote a duty figure we have not verified for the specific tariff line. The carton is ours; the shelf decision and the final compliance sign-off are yours.
- Trade ground
- Türkiye and South Korea have a free trade agreement in force. Which lines it reaches and what remains payable is confirmed line by line with your customs broker before the offer is firmed.
Asked by brands first.
Can we put our own brand on pistachio lokum?
Yes — pistachio lokum and assorted lokum in boxes, gift sets and bulk cartons, under your artwork. The label content is prepared in Korean from the producer's technical data sheet.
Who handles MFDS registration?
The registration is of the producing facility, so it is done with the producer; we prepare the file and coordinate it with your side, because it has to be complete before the import declaration. It is part of the first run's timetable and is confirmed before anything is loaded.
What is the minimum?
Minimums are stated per line and per pack format once the lines are named, because they depend on the recipe, the wrapper and the run. We do not publish a single figure that would be wrong for most lines.
Can you supply dragées by colour?
Yes — chocolate dragées and sugared almonds sorted by colour and calibre, in bulk cartons or under your own window box and pouch artwork. Colours and calibres are confirmed per run.
Do you prepare the Korean artwork?
Yes, from the producer's technical data sheet and the Korean labelling requirements. It is checked and signed off on your side before print.
How long does a first run take?
The lead time is counted from the deposit, from written artwork approval and from MFDS registration being in place. It is stated in the offer for the specific lines rather than as a general figure.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
We are not the factory. Your label is printed at Gaziantep producers after you approve the artwork; the producer is named in the offer together with the minimum per line. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
