Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Japanese brands
Tablets and bars, chocolate dragées, pistachio lokum, and ピスタチオペースト and kadayıf in professional sizes, made in Gaziantep under your own name — with the label content prepared in Japanese from the producer's technical data sheet, and 個包装 formats where the channel needs them.
Home / Private label / Japan

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Japan has one of the most developed confectionery industries in the world, and for a standard tablet or a domestic-style sweet under your own label a Japanese producer is the shorter route.
We are the other route, and in this market it is narrow and specific: the pistachio and kadayıf end. Pistachio paste in professional sizes for the 製菓材料 trade, kadayıf as a component, whole-pistachio lokum, dragées by colour and calibre, and Dubai-style bars. These are lines that are not made domestically at scale, and the measured demand for them sits in the professional tier rather than on the consumer shelf.
Pace matters here. Japan buys this category on continuity, not on a spot container — the same specification, shipment after shipment, against an agreed schedule. A private label programme is treated the same way: the first run is the start of a series, and the specification is fixed before it rather than adjusted after.
Your label goes on lines produced by the manufacturers in Gaziantep we work with.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm with the producer what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Japanese from the producer's technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, net weight, storage and the producer's details. Your team or your labelling adviser signs it off before print.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, and it is stated in the offer.
- 04
Production and shipment
The run is made at the producer in Gaziantep to the approved specification. Case counts, pallet configuration and the shipping documents are confirmed before loading.
What to know before the first list.
- The professional tier is the natural opening
- The strongest commercial signal in Japanese search for our range is 製菓材料 and 業務用 — pastry ingredients and professional grade. Pistachio paste already sells there in kilo packs to bakeries and patisseries. A private label programme aimed at that tier competes on specification and consistency rather than on shelf design.
- 個包装 changes the whole line
- Individually wrapped is a standing requirement in parts of the Japanese trade, and it is not a finishing touch: it changes the pack, the case count and the speed of the run, so it is priced and scheduled per line at the offer stage.
- Continuity is the specification
- What is asked for is the same line, the same data sheet, shipment after shipment. We work with fixed producers in Gaziantep for exactly that reason. A programme is agreed as a schedule, and changes to the specification are made between runs, not inside one.
- The label is yours, the data is ours
- We supply the producer's technical data sheet per line — ingredients, allergens, nutrition figures, net weight, storage, shelf life and origin. The Japanese artwork is prepared from that and signed off on your side before print.
- Minimums are per line
- The minimum is counted per line and per pack format, not per container — and an individually wrapped format carries its own. A mixed container lets several lines run together, which is the usual shape of a first programme.
- Trade ground
- Türkiye and Japan do not have a free trade agreement in force for this category, so goods enter on Japan's ordinary applied rates. The exact rate is confirmed line by line with your customs broker before the offer is firmed.
Asked by brands first.
Can you make pistachio paste under our label?
Yes — in retail jars and in catering sizes for the professional trade, against the producer's specification. Sizes, case counts and pallet configuration are confirmed per line.
Can products be 個包装?
Yes, decided per line at the offer stage. Individually wrapped changes the pack, the case count and the run, so it is quoted specifically rather than assumed.
What is the minimum?
Minimums are stated per line and per pack format once the lines are named, because they depend on the recipe, the wrapper and the run — an individually wrapped line carries a different minimum from a bulk carton.
How do you handle continuity of supply?
We work with fixed producers in Gaziantep and agree a schedule rather than selling single containers. The specification is fixed before the first run and changes are made between runs.
Do you prepare the Japanese artwork?
Yes, from the producer's technical data sheet and Japanese labelling requirements, checked and signed off on your side before print.
Can you supply kadayıf as a component?
Yes — as an ingredient for your own production, or inside finished Dubai-style bars made under your label. Which suits depends on whether you are making on your side or reselling a finished pack.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
We are not the factory. Your label is printed at Gaziantep producers after you approve the artwork; the producer is named in the offer together with the minimum per line. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
Send the list. We do the rest.
Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
