Valentine’s Day
The first peak is boxed chocolate: pralines in the 200 g gift box, six per case, mini chocolates in the 200 g acetate box, twenty per case, the signature gift box at 180 g, 36 per case, and pistachio cream cups in the display dome for the counter. Gourmet stores and gift shops order these; grocers add the filled pistachio bar. Real-chocolate lines ship in winter without a reefer, which makes this the easiest season to move premium chocolate.
Easter
Mini chocolate eggs with milk cream in the acetate box, dragées in pastel shells and, for Orthodox and Middle Eastern communities, boxed lokum for the family table. Easter moves each year, so the order date follows the church calendar, not last year’s invoice. By late spring the reefer question returns for cocoa-butter lines.
Halloween and the full-size bar
American Halloween is built on the full-size and fun-size domestic candy bar, and we do not supply those; the bulk full-size bar the search engines show is a domestic brand product. What a Gaziantep container adds to the autumn shelf is different: the 35 g flowpack pistachio-kadayif bar for the checkout, popping candy sachets, sugar-shelled dragée flowpacks and the 100 g filled bar as a premium alternative. Honest framing matters here: an importer who expects a Halloween bag filler from us will be disappointed; one who wants the specialty shelf beside it will not.
Christmas and the gift shelf
The largest gift season takes the signature box, praline boxes, coated pistachios and almonds in gift packs, boxed Turkish delight and the display dome of cups. Corporate-gift suppliers add nut-and-chocolate gift boxes. The container for Christmas is the one most often ordered too late; the carrier states the transit in the offer and we do not promise days, so the order is planned backwards from the warehouse date with the transit and your own distribution time in front of it.
Ramadan and the diaspora calendar
Beside the four American peaks sits a fifth that matters to Turkish and Middle Eastern grocers: Ramadan and the two Eids, which move about eleven days earlier each year. Boxed lokum, dragées in gift packs, pistachio spread and the filled bar all sell for the Eid table, and an importer serving that community plans a container around it as carefully as around Christmas. The two calendars sometimes overlap, and that is when the warehouse is fullest.
One container, four seasons
A mixed container from Gaziantep can carry Valentine’s and Easter lines together, or Halloween and Christmas lines together, each producer’s line on its own pallet with its own minimum. We are an export company, not the factory; the written offer follows within two working days of your list, in US dollars, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, payment in two halves against the loading photographs. Do you supply full-size candy bars for Halloween?

Cocoa-butter lines usually do by late spring. Dragées, lokum and jars do not; the container is planned around the most sensitive line.
